Poor little guy. I'm glad he's healthy again now and that he hopefully finds a loving home soon.

I'd hazard a guess and say the fact that he's 14 and has a history with cancer probably hurt his adoption prospects more than his appearance.  Though, in the end, the media attention is probably what got him adopted too.  So hey.
