Title: Re: Machete Kills - Review Post by: indianasmith on January 24, 2014, 07:40:25 AM I watched this one Wednesday night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of cameos by famous stars - and Charlie Sheen as President of the USA!!! LOL
The body count was definitely higher than in the first movie, and the effects were well done for the most part. One thing that I was a little surprised by was the lack of nudity in the film, considering how much skin the first one showed - although there was one brief scene in the deleted scenes (which are pretty watchable overall, BTW!) Sofia Vergara is absolutely over the top as the man-eating madam with the machine gun bra, and Mel Gibson chews up the landscape as the villain Vos. I am definitely ready for the last movie in this trilogy. But, reading your review, I will definitely give it a watch.
