It's mind-blowing to think that Danny Trejo is almost 71 years old! This guy has been around and then some to be sure!

I watched this one Wednesday night and thoroughly enjoyed it.  Lots of cameos by famous stars - and Charlie Sheen as President of the USA!!! LOL
The body count was definitely higher than in the first movie, and the effects were well done for the most part.  One thing that I was a little surprised by was the lack of nudity in the film, considering how much skin the first one showed - although there was one brief scene in the deleted scenes (which are pretty watchable overall, BTW!)  Sofia Vergara is absolutely over the top as the man-eating madam with the machine gun bra, and Mel Gibson chews up the landscape as the villain Vos.  I am definitely ready for the last movie in this trilogy.

Oh hey, I was worried about that one since critics rated it far less favorably than the first one (Machete's vs Machete Kills' Rotten Tomatoes scores: 72% vs 29%). But, reading your review, I will definitely give it a watch.

Thanks, man!  Yeah, if you leave your brain at the door, there should be no reason that you won't have a blast with it!

Nice review! Although it pretty much confirmed my belief that I don't need to see it.  :bouncegiggle:
(It's weird, 16-year-old me would've been all over a movie like this, but now, mehhhh).
