Title: GOOGLE, OR OFF THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD? Post by: alandhopewell on March 15, 2014, 11:08:32 AM For me, it's Option Two; I pride myself on having a flypaper memory for stuff like films, tv, music, etc. , but I HAVE been known to resort to Google now and again, particularly as I age.

Title: Re: GOOGLE, OR OFF THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD? Post by: Jack on March 15, 2014, 01:53:14 PM Depends on if I can remember it or not :teddyr: Usually goes like this: You know that one movie, with that one guy in it? Well that guy was also in this other movie - look that up on IMDB - okay now I remember the guy's name. Then I look up the list of movies he was in - oh that's the name of the movie I was looking for in the first place!
Even if I do remember something I usually double-check it on Google or IMDb just to make sure I'm not making some stupid mistake. Title: Re: GOOGLE, OR OFF THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD? Title: Re: GOOGLE, OR OFF THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD? Post by: Couchtr26 on March 15, 2014, 03:54:30 PM Depends on memory. Somethings good, sometimes not so much. I also use it to narrow titles and selections as I can't recall somethings and do a general narrow of what I know from the results.
