Also reviews an IMAX Alamo movie from the 80's, Disney's Davey Crockett film, a cheap Alamo movie released by Colombia, & a parody.

I love the 2004 ALAMO movie and have high regard for its historical accuracy, but it was a HUGE box office flop.

It always makes me  :smile:  that in the John Wayne film,  you have a Lithuanian born, South African raised and educated Englishman playing Colonel Travis  :teddyr:

Probably why the never made a good movie of the monitor vs the Virginia.

That could be a good one.
