Title: The Crown Post by: ER on November 20, 2019, 08:49:10 AM Season three is better than season one, not as good as season two, and is yet again an example of how a series or movie or book or just about anything else can be great but not especially good.
It's also as if the writers decided the queen was made too likable and approachable in past seasons so she's positively cold this time out. Even as I feel glad to have made my way through the show's heaviness (and there was a lot of heaviness this season), I find myself wanting the next installment to hurry, which is odd. On a rating scale of one British-oppressed Irish person to five, I give season three of The Crown a solid four downtrodden Paddies. |
