Just about every scene in this mean spirited little Animal House knock off seems to end with 6 naked guys grabbing their privates and going "whooahh!" making the "let's get out of here" face. Here's a good line from Porky himself "You don't pay me, pay the bartender you ridiculous douche." Not to mention Kim Cattrel as Miss Honeywell, gettin her groove on in the men's laundry room. I never took showers in my gym class. Why are high schools in the movies so massive and major. Anyway, I'm on to the sequals
Title: Re: Porky's Post by: Lee on June 06, 2002, 10:29:48 PM Porky's! One of the definitive movies of the 80's!(I miss that decade!) What makes the movie work is that it's more concerned with being funny that gross. Gross only works when you concentrate on the humor of the situation. DUH!!!

Too bad they never got around to a modern remake;"Porky's:The Next Generation"---oops!!They already did that with "American Pie" "1" and "2",with Jason Biggs in the Pee Wee Morris role,and Chris Klein as Oz(the nice guy version of Meat).And I guess that the Finch dude was based on Ben Schwartz(the Porky's gang's good ole Jewish buddy).
