Unfortunately, I was such a lousy janitor, they wouldn't let me get a job doing it.... A lot of facets of lithography were already changing at the time.... Try putting that on a resume nowadays though… I still have an electric IBM typewriter in my office: wrote the first draft of my film research on that. I don't know who plays them but they have tons on sale on places like amazon. Usually listed under Games: Dice & Marbles. My guess it has become more of an indoor game over the years. Probably not a whole lot taken on the whole of all the commands that were available, but enough to get around and do some simple batch file scripting. I'm one of those who has the terminal shortcut on my command bar on my Mac. Done a bit of work with various Unix/Linux/etc systems over the years so I know some of those commands as well and have done some shell scripting with those. |
