I found a few of these............

and here's our new picture!

2. The guy near the taxi looks like the Aussie cricketer Shane Warne so I'm guessing Shane.
3. The Santa Claus with the swag bag could be the bank robbing Santa from The Silent Partner.
4. The brides (although there are 8) could be Seven Brides For Seven Brothers.
5. The guy on the roof: Fiddler On The Roof?
6. The chariots in the rear: Ben Hur or Chariots Of Fire.
7. Prince Edward bottom right: Edward Scissorhands.
7. The strange cabby: Johnny Cab from Total Recall?
8. Lion with a crown: The Lion King.
9. The rock with SCHOOL on it: School of Rock.
10. The burning tower: The Towering Inferno.
11. All the birds flying around: The Birds.

I think it may be Singing in the Rain, too.

I checked: it is Singing In The Rain. I googled 'Phil Argent" and "Hollywood" just now which took me to a Daily Mail page with the answers on it.

I'm wondering if the Jamaican flag with "pub" on it stands for "Jamaica Inn." It's not really a very good clue but I can't think of anything else that fits.

it's kind of hard for me to tell, but I think that those aren't chariots on fire -- which would make it Blazing Saddles instead of Ben Hur or Chariots of Fire

it's kind of hard for me to tell, but I think that those aren't chariots on fire -- which would make it Blazing Saddles instead of Ben Hur or Chariots of Fire

Chariots of Fire- I'll bet even money.
No chariots caught fire in BEN HUR, and BLAZING SADDLES just don't fit quite right.

4. The Santa Claus with the swag bag could be the bank robbing Santa from The Silent Partner.
5. The brides (although there are 8) could be Seven Brides For Seven Brothers.
6. The guy on the roof: Fiddler On The Roof?
7. The chariots in the rear: Ben Hur or Chariots Of Fire.
8. Prince Edward bottom right: Edward Scissorhands.
9. The taxi driver Taxi Driver
10. Lion with a crown: The Lion King.
11 The rock with SCHOOL on it: School of Rock.
12 The burning tower: The Towering Inferno.
13. All the birds flying around: The Birds.
14. The Eve billboard: All About Eve
15. The Jamaican flag: could be Jamaica Inn
16. The compass is indicating North by Northwest
17. Person with the sword and shield: Gladiator.
18. The singer with the horns and shield: Singing In The Rain.

49 Do we have the two figures between North By Northwest and the Blazing Saddles? I'm guessing, but this could be the Lady and the Tramp.

I sneaked a peek at the Daily Mail link: there is a black plant in a pot at the bottom of the palm tree and they number that 31, saying "The Black Dahlia".

That has been identified as a steel magnolia. I guess botany is not our strong point.
