In my mind this is just what happens when you start to get competition; the market gets split up between several companies, & the early movers lose a few customers.

We get Netflix for peanuts as part of a package deal from our Internet provider. I really haven't watched much of anything since we got Netflix last year December.
They do offer plenty of awful and cheap looking horror movies but I'm not interested in diving in yet.

I don't think I would actually miss Netflix if they would disappear.

I have access to Netflix here where I live but I rarely watch it.

All the streaming services seem to be suffering a bit as people have to consider very carefully where they are spending their money right now. Turns out food and heating is taking priority over paying for several different channels.
