I am looking for a movie in which a girl wakes up on an RV only to find her family has been murdered and the killer is driving the vehicle, she is alive only because the killer has not noticed her yet, the only othe fact about the movie I can remember is that she eventually tries to flee in a gas station, it could be an 80s or 90s movie.
