BASKETBALL- HEAD.....

I need some help about a movıe ı watched on rv when ı was a child... what ı remember about the film is  a frog and a woman follows it and comes to a morgue ı think seh went an other world there ... second think I remember is a  jumping basket ball which then becomes a head.....

About what year did you see this?  The first film that jumps to mind when you mention other worlds and basketball is "Monster High."  However, I would need to see it again to see if the scenes you mention are in it:

Or could this be a version of "Not of this Earth" as that could fit.

 Hmmm I know this is wrong but in THE TOXIC AVENGER there is a BASKETBALL- HEAD part in it lol ... just taking a long shot here.
he kills this dude. then takes his head and then plays BASKETBALL with it ... but I sure dont remember a frog in it.

Finally had a chance to check my LD of "Monster High" for these scenes and they do not appear in the movie.  The film is not "Monster High."

DEAR FRIENDS THANX FOR YOUR ATTENTION.. BUT W ARE UNABLE TO FIND IT... SOMEONE FOLLOWING A FROG COMES TO A MORQUE MAYBE A WOMAN... THE FILM MIGHT BE LONG 'CAUSE THE TV CHANNEL DIVIDED MIGHT HAVE DIVIDED THE FILM INTO TWO PARTS I WATCHED THE FIRST PART AND I REMEMBER FEW.... THANX

I wanted to revisit this because I am working on a review for "Monster High" and watched it (not skimming through it).  At one point, a character tears the head off of a desiccated zombie and shoots it like a basketball into a metal trashcan.  As the head goes in, the movie cuts to a basketball going into a hoop.

Perhaps part of the puzzle?

I'm pretty sure it was in part 2, the one with Michael Jai White in it, its early in the movie, but I don't recall a frog in it.
