I don't know where to begin with this guy.  The various murders, kidnapping, brainwashing, abandoning his own children on an island and replacing them with evil look-a-like cousins, etc.  Plus, you know he's truly evil when he's been reported dead a record eleven times, some including his faking his own death: the stroke, the fire, the drowning, the plane explosion, etc.
