I'm looking out for some of those "back to 'Nam" movies that spawned like mushrooms after the storm during the 80s, in the shadow of the success of the "Rambo" and "Missing in action" series. Righ now I can only think of "Uncommon valour". Any others worth watching out there?

I was thinking of 'Uncommon Valor' myself. But wouldn't that be the first? Just curious because 'First Blood' was set stateside.

How about the Chuck Norris Missing in Action series?  Missing in Action, Missing in Action II: The Beginning, and Braddock: Missing in Action III

And you thought Trek isn't cool.

Neville

Yeah, those are valid, but I was already taking them into account, because they are quite popular.

Anymore?

Hey, they were Chuck Norris movies, how much accounting does it take?

And you thought Trek isn't cool.

Neville

I'd say just two, because in the second one nobody goes back to 'Nam ;-)

The Burgomaster

There was one starring David Carradine.  I think it was called P.O.W.: THE ESCAPE.  I'm not saying that it's good (because it isn't), but it's the kind of movie that I think you are looking for.
"Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the hell alone."

Neville

Yeah, that was more in the vein of what I had in mind.
