VAMPIRES NIGHT ORGY (1973) - A group of people get stuck in a small village in the hills of Spain after the driver dies of apparently a heart attack. Upon arriving in the village that evening they find the town deserted, but they find beds at the Inn. Morning comes and suddenly there are people. Then the bus seems to be having mechanical problems and they stay another night. Well....the village is filled with night people with fangs and they attack their guest one by one till only a couple are left. This film is ok and I always enjoy these European locations for Horror films. The story is kinda silly, but somehow this 1973 film is passable. Picked it up months ago in a movie pack cheap. One of the better films of the Vampire Collection from Diamond Entertainment.

The Burgomaster

I have 2 copies of this movie - one is a single disc that I bought for $5.99, the other is part of a 50 movie pack.  I guess that makes me a double loser . . .

It's not a great Euro-Horror, but I always like the casual conversations, the little vehicles like the bus, and old architecture. Mix that with some weird tale and it turns out ok for the American (foriegn) audience. The town of vampires reminds me of SALEMS LOT (1979) a bit.

Hey it's got Helga Line' (got to learn how to use the lesser used characters/letters) in it, that makes it worth a look in my book.

After Frankenstein's Castle of Freaks, it might seem a little better.

Yaddo It will definately seem better after viewing FRANKENSTEINS CASTLE OF FREAKS.

I could rewatch "Legacy of Blood" before watching it, it might seem Oscar-worthy after that. Nah better not push it.
