NACHO LIBRE (2006) - Was looking forward to this DVD release. It's a good story, but nothing extraordinary. Jack Black gives us a fair performance as the masked wrestler Nacho Libre. The setting and tone was very pleasant and a bit silly. What do you expect from a Nickolodeon Production? At moments I thought it had real potential then kinda levels out. Not sure Jack Black or the script was able to take this one over the top rope.

Jack Black can either be hysterically funny or just horrible...

The Burgomaster

I wanted to see this until I saw the theatrical trailer.  When they can't even find enough funny moments to fill up the running time of a theatrical trailer the movie has no hope of being any good.  The trailer was awful.

Guess we'll have to wait for NACHO LIBRE II were Jack Black plays twin masked luchadores in a fight for a tag team championship.
