In post regarding my bio, I left out one minor detail. I said Space Ghost was my favorite superhero, which is true. But I forgot to tell about someone of equal importance; THE PUNISHER. The comic books are sweet. I saw a Punsiher movie review, I thought it was on badmovies.org, but I could not find it. Anyway the movie isn't that great; I'd give it 3 out of 5 slimes. Anyway a NEW punisher movie will be released in 2004. It is going to be AWSOME. It is acually going to be based of the Comic book. I strong recomend the graphic novel entittled "The Punisher"( it is acually called "Welcome Back Frank", but all the online stores just dubb it as the punisher. It is easy to spot. It have a very graphicly drawn picture of the punisher with a big orange skull in the background. The comic book isn't  as graphicly drawn, jus the cover(i don't like graphicly drawn comics). I mean, it isn't like a kiddie cartoon like drawn, just not super detailled.). It is really bloody, because the Punisher dosn't tie up the badguys for the cops like batman does; he blow out their brains with his guns and cuts them with his knife. Just check it out. Anyway the movie is supposed to be really close to the comics unlike the old movie. I can name the differences between the movie and the comic book if any one wants me too, just leave a post.

You'd give the Punisher movie three slimes?  I don't know if I'm with you on that one.

That Punisher graphic novel you're talking about, though, was written by Garth Ennis and drawn by Steve Dillon.  It's actually a reprint of the limited series that came out a while back.  The same team also did the first several issues of the now ongoing series.

If you liked "Welcome Back, Frank", I recommend you rush out to your comic book shop to buy the Preacher graphic novels.  They're done by the same team, Ennis and Dillon.  They're also infinitely more screwed up then the Punisher.  Violence, sex, bizarre humor and a whole carload of blasphemy and sacrilege.  All this and a great story and characters too!

The Preacher is cool, I have some graphic novels. I still like the punisher better. I guess I was being a little harsh on the Punisher movie. I guess I'd give it 4 slimes.
