this movie needs a review

"Devonsville Terror" , with the ubiquitous-in-bad-movie british actor Donald Pleasance . It's possibly the worst movie ever, and this is an official statement from my side. The whole movie is drenched in lack of any valid idea, silliness and bad acting. It's of that kind of ugliness that has no appeal at all, just plain a deadly drag with pinnacles of intense, outrageous stupidity. Watch and die.

I've heard of it, but never had a chance to see it.  Mr. Pleasence had a way of picking some winners.  Of course, he did a lot of films, but a good number of them are ones that so bad, he had to know what he was getting into.  Either he had a house payment to make, or the man loved making movies, no matter the quality.
