Welcome aboard.

I am not certain a soundtrack album was released for this film.  Your best bet might be to buy the DVD, then use your computer's sound card and software to capture the songs yourself.  I do that with a lot of songs from b-movies that I enjoy.  Gives me something to listen to on certain occasions.

With the artist's and song names, you can start trying to track down albums that they released (if they did).  Rick Bowles put out one with the two songs he did for "Neon Maniacs" on it.  Unfortunately, that album appears to be out of print.  Also, the version created for the movie could differ from the version normally performed by an artist.  It might not sound exactly the same.
