A mutant-sheep-on-the-loose-movie.

I picked this up a few weeks ago.  It was released on dVD by Something Weird Video.

I'm really surprised that this movie hasn't been reviewed yet on this site.  It's one of the strangest movies that I've ever seen.  It really has to be seen to be believed.

When the sheep feels threatened in the movie, it releases some kind of yellow gas/vapor.  The scene in which the mutant sheep "attacks" a group of children having a picnic is worth the price of admission as well. That, and the whole gas station scene.   :twirl:

The extras on the DVD are about as funny.  There's a musical video on there by the same director entitled "You Cannot Fart Around with Love" that will stick in your head  for quite some time whether you want it to or not.

Anyone else seen this weird flick?

I have this film as well. It was a real effort to watch it and not fall asleep. It needed more monster action IMO.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

yep. I started to fall asleep while watching it but the Sheep Monster was so neat so I don't completley hate it. I think the movie tried to be political or something and that just bored me. They should have went with an all out mindless sheep destruction fest.

That Bigfoot having interspecies sex extra (The Geek) is pretty funny. What the hell were people thinking when they made that, what did they want to achieve haha

Just watched WAR of the COLASSAL BEAST with the wifey last night-This critter would solve his food problem...or his "compainionship" problem...(if you catch my drift)...

This was one of my early DVD purchases. I particularly liked the fact that the monster is pretty well extraneous to the plot; he really does nothing but scare a few children and eat their hot dogs and then dance with a hippie (and, hey, who hasn't done that?  :tongueout:). He doesn't really destroy anything or go on a rampage or kill anyone. He's just there to be pathetic. But then, what else would you expect from a monster sheep?

I do not care for "You Cannot Fart Around With Love." The guy is trying too hard to be funny and it just doesn't work for me. It's a shame, too, because I had high hopes for that video when I bought the DVD.

I have never made it through all the extras, specifically the stuff about flies and sanitation (I don't have the disk with me and don't feel like looking up the titles). The Girl and the Geek somehow manages to make naked women boring, and The Geek, while it is funny, is so obviously a cut-down hardcore porn flick that it loses some of its hilarity to me (I mean, come on, Bigfoot does the nasty with one woman, and then in the next long shot, it's one of the other women on the ground and the original "victim" is dressed and back with the group). I'd say they saved only the really entertaining parts of the movie, but the first half of it is just a group of idiots wandering through the wilderness: no dialog, no exposition, no plot.

I own the GIRL and the GEEK and the WILD and the NAKED on SW Videos....both made by the same people down in Texas somewhere...both pretty dam dull. Though I do like when the geek slobbers on the windsheild of the sripper chicks truck...

Just a wee bit of Trivia: The guy who was Professor Clemens in this film was played by the same actor who portrayed the atomic reactor engineer in Fiend Without A Face.

That movie has one of the strangest monsters ever.  I think the people that made that film also made "Alabama's Ghost," which is also a fun one to watch.
