There is a movie in production that bears a name from and appears to be loosely based on the mythos invented by Lovecraft.

Oddly, Tori Spelling is not cast as the title character.

If Cthulu(sp?) is even in this one, who wants to bet he/it won't show up until the last ten minutes or so, and will look incredibly bad?

Some things are too horrifying for the big screen.

But don't Cthulhu's hair and jewelry look fabulous?

I was going to reply, but my mind was utterly destroyed by looking upon her eldritch visage.

Cthulhu will get you for this abomination my friend.

(I find it more than little disquieting that spell check wanted to change Cthulhu to Catholic, is there something going on we don't know about?)

Isn't Cthulhu responsible for inflicting Tori Spelling upon us?

Dennis

Actually it was Mr. & Mrs. Spelling who did that, although they quite possibly did it through the use of a dark ceremony like the one used by Dean Stockwell on Sandra Dee in The Dunwich Horror, unfortunately Ed Begely Sr. was not around to stop it.
