The Mask of the Red Death with Stallone ?

some years ago I saw on Tv an alternative version of Poe's The Mask Of the Read Death which (supposedly...) starred Stallone's brother.... does anyone know if the name of the film is The Mask of the Red Death? Has anyone seen the film ? maybe i was under the effects of LSD.... I should have instead !!!!!!!

No review, nor do I have a copy in my collection.  I did not know of it until I looked it up based on your description.
