Mmm... those two are great, although a bit flawed. "Major Dundee" has finally been restored in a special edition that tries to solve the continuity problems and provide a more satisfying experience. I hope somebody ends up doing the same for "McKenna's Gold", they say the original cut was around three hours long.

These are the only westerns I own (and the majority of what I've seen):

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly--As I've mentioned, this is the best!
Once Upon a Time in the West--A pretty remarkable film.
The Ox-Bow Incident--Very fine movie.
Unforgiven--Harsh and wonderful.
Django--Good fun!
My Darling Clementine--Excellent, excellent movie! 
The Wild Bunch--Not my favorite, but it's a very good film.
The Great Silence--A bleak movie, but worthwhile.
God's Gun/Kid Dynamite (crappy Digiview DVD)--God's Gun is horrible!  But it has some funny bits.  I haven't watched Kid Dynamite
High Plains Drifter--A bit odd but good.
My Name is Nobody--Not everything in it works, but it's still a great movie.
Rio Bravo (actually, I haven't watched this yet)

I could never seem to get into Westerns as a genre although the names in some B-movie Westerns do pique my interest a bit. The only Western I own (on VHS) is HIGH NOON. Have to admit to enjoying WESTWORLD if one could really call that a Western and the Twilight Zone episode set in the Old West.

"The Shootist" is a great one. I've always considered a precedent of "Unforgiven", because it was directed by one of EEastwood's mentors, Don Siegel.
