THE 40 YEAR OLD VIRGIN (2005) - This was a fun film. Steve Carell and the rest of the cast were really funny. They take an unrealistic idea about a 40 year old virgin and almost make it a believable heart warming film. Guess I saw the un-rated version. You'll get some good laughs from this one. Also liked the closing credits song and dance scene.

This one was fun, I agree......I thought it was pretty well acted and directed, and the scene with the waxing was pretty over the top.

40 year old virgin stars one of my favorite comedic actors who I hope will see real success soon; that person being Seth Rogen from such tv shows as Freaks and Geeks and Undeclared and one o the only funny characters in You, Me and Dupree

Awesome film.
I love the scene where he accidentally kicks the girl in the face while she's sucking on his toes.

I actually fell over laughing at the part when the guy (who is lamenting over his last girlfriend) has a camera attached to the TVs in the store and is ranting about how much he hates her.

The cool part about this flick is that a lot of the dialogue was adlibbed. Just goes to show you how damn funny (and witty) the cast was. I have a friend that's huge into collection action figures, so I make references to this movie all the time just to p**s him off.

I laughed at this. Behind all the curse words is has heart.

And Trish was a hot grandma.

A truly hilarious comedy and it has a huge heart as well beneath it's dirty exterior.

Almost every single line uttered by any character in this movie is hilarious.

My favorite character is Mooj.

I really enjoyed the film. I haven't picked it up yet, but it'll make a nice addition once I find it for cheap.

I personally found the movie unfunny and tasteless. Perhaps it's because I'm not an American and the obsession with keeping and losing virginity is sort of alien to me.
