This is a counterthread for Susan's worst videos thread.

Best just means what  you like; doesn't have to mean best visuals.

Here're some random ones:

1.   Danny Elfman from his Oingo Boingo days.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vLkAo0Kbfl8

2.   One of my earliest favorites:  Peter Gabriel   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VArQABogDL4

LOL. I've been using that quote in every day speech for years. Naturally, I have to explain it or people think I'm calling them a ding dong.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

Rebel,

You are getting a karma point from me.  Do The Evolution is one of my favorite songs of all time, and that video came to mind when I read the thread title.

A bald man named Savalas visited me last night in a dream.  I think it was a Telly vision.

Three videos just came to mind as I'm writing this.

1. Argueably the cutest music video ever made, The Notorious B.I.G's "Sky's the limit"

2. Linkin Park's "Breaking the Habit" I think the entire video was made by the ones who did that  animated segment in Kill Bill

3. An oldie but still a goodie, Aha's "Take on Me"
We all know Bill is a little nuts, but George has actually tasted them.

I have to add this because in the 80's nobody really knew what to do in music videos. A lot of people like to rank this as the worst but that's crap.

Back then, Usually it was either the band playing or it was a lot of cliche images like breaking glass, a woman running, curtains blowing in an open window.

They had a story going here, and it was original. And it was pretty disturbing, especially when they started to cut into alice and eat her
