All of Knownhost (my hosting - and they are not small) went down for about an hour at their CA datacenter.  It appears we are back up and good to go, but no word from the host what caused the outage.  If I had to guess, it was a higher level issue or possibly a denial of service attack.

I do have a company that monitors the server and will troubleshoot if it goes down.  Any more than 15 minutes, they contact Knownhost and start trying to get it back online.
