The Last Match - is this available anywhere?

I saw this boot listed on a long defunct trading website and based on the plot description alone, I've been obsessed with finding it.

When an American girl is imprisoned on a Carribean island for drug possession, her football coach father gets his team together in full uniform and armed to the teeth to raid the island and free her. 

There are clips of this lunacy on Youtube as armed guys in football uniforms, pads and helmets included, hose down island guerillas as they make their daring escape.  The coup de grace comes when the team kicker puts a live grenade in a football and boots it into an oncoming helicopter.  Boo-ya!

I probably know the answer and I've looked everywhere for some kind of DVD of this movie, but I cannot, for the life of me, find it.  I'm hoping that one you in your infinite wisdom can help me locate this monstrosity.
