Good luck with that, RIAA.  Tell me how that works out.

If they think cracking down on Bit Torrent trackers is sisyphean task, wait 'til they try and wrap their claws around Usenet.  They can attack Usenet.com but if they think that's going to stop alt.binaries groups, they have another thing coming.  Stop one commercial provider like Usenet.com and then move on to others like Giganews but there are still plenty of private usenet servers that don't advertise their service and the whole thing goes underground where they can't see it.
