I rented this one from Netflix a few months back and it rates off of my weirdness scale.  It's violent, surreal and just overall strange.

Great review.  This is one I would recommend to anyone on this board and to no one else.  LOL

This film is unique in the way only a freaky foreign film can be.  I do not understand why half the things that happen in the movie happen, but most of them are entertaining.  I'd forgotten about him flying on top of the rock.  Doesn't he kick it or something and then jump on top?

The evil queen also appears to get her rocks off just by having men in bed with her.  I guess that they do some heavy petting, but any other movie with a nympho crocodile queen would have a scene like the werewolf orgy in "Howling 2."  In this one, we just have to take it as written that she is a sexual deviant.  Maybe she is, by the local customs, but pretty tame for California.

Definitely agree, anyone who likes weird kung fu movies should give this a try.

Skaboi, thanx for the compliment.  Yeah this film can leave the viewer speechless  and I'd say everyone should give the DVD a whirl at least once. 

Andrew, The warrior does kick the rock which he rides down effortlessly.  All the while he laughs in an evil manner. 

Side note; I'm in no way connected to them but the film was realeased by Mondo Macabro on DVD who rule at releasing this kind of flick.  They are behind other "greats" like Lady Terminator and For Your Height Only.
