Conan rip-off

I watched a movie a few years back and cant remember what it was called. It was basically a Conan the Barbarian rip-off but the hero had a three bladed sword that he could fire as a projectile. Any ideas?

Yep, thats the movie alright. As I recall the end credits advertised a sequel, too bad that never came into fruition.
