What movie was this? One great scene was all I saw...

A few years ago I saw just one scene from a movie but I have no idea what the movie was.  It was a really memorable scene, though!  It looked like a blaxploitation era film.  There was a bunch of pimps eating in a restaurant or bar or club.  They all had these huge hats on.  Well, surprisingly pimps started getting mad at each other and next thing you know, midgets with machine guns popped open little doors in these hats and started shooting the other pimps and their midgets with machine guns!

It was just so funny but that was all I saw.  What movie was this and is it worth seeing?

That would be I'm Gonna Git You Sucka, a classic blaxploitation parody from the '80s, and one of the few Wayans related movies I enjoy watching.

Great!  Thank you.  I swear I'd seen IGGYS but it has been a while...I'll have to add it to the queue.  I think I'm confusing many of the scenes from Hollywood Shuffle with it...
