Horro Movie about a Girl in an Asylum

I'm looking for this movie about a girl in an asylum. I think she was taken there by her mother. The doctor who is helping her has a creepy laugh and I think he ends up being her father. The only scene I remember is where she's hung and sprayed with a pressure hose. Her shirt comes off and she's in the nude. I remember this scene because I was nine. Does anyone know what it is?

Cripes! I most sure I saw this...it was called Girl on the 13th Floor,or the Girl in room 13 or something...crap. I read up on it too in some magazine...DAMMIT!!! I recall one scene where this big ugly fat lady is laying on the floor,wriggling around because she's horny...dang it!! It was on SHOWTIME back in about 1981 or 82. I'll keep looking...

HAH! Was it...perhaps...the FITH FLOOR (1978) ? This is the movie I saw that I was trying to rember the title of...!
