I noticed something a while ago, shame I didn't know about this thread

He didn't even really try to create a different name for the main character.

Anyhoo, I never really noticed the similarities until they were pointed out but now I realize how ripped off it was.  I'm not saying it wasn't a good book or movie because it kind of was in a sense, however, I however am writing a book of my own and I do hope it is as popular as this one, but of a better quality and reviews .
