Universal test 'would slash Aids'

Sounds like a higher/common good idea, but I can see a backlash and the possibility of abuse. What if it led to leper colony style concentration camps for HIV-positive people or at the very least social and employment discrimination against those identified as infected? Plus logistically how you would enact testing that goes beyond voluntary? But still, cutting AIDS worldwide by 95% in less than a generation? Imagine. Stock prices for condom companies would plummet, that's for sure.
