Is Youtube Going Slow On Your Computer Lately?

I've noticed youtube has been going painfully slow on a few computers I've been on lately.  Anyone having the same issues?

There was one video that froze and took forever to load, but there's always a video or two that will do that from time to time.

Last week I could barely get on it, the home page was just white all the time, very slow. It's been fine lately though.

On mine the page appears and loads properly but the videos themselves either don't start at all or continually stop and start rendering them largely unwatchable.
