I only have vague memories of this film,......

A redneck psycho family slasher. A wall of jars with hands in them. Even though the hands were cut off they were moving. One of them had a chainsaw. But this was not one of the "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" movies.

Monster Man, Wrong Turn, Wrong turn 2 may be what youre looking for though none is eighties.
Do you have any more clues?

The psychotic family members stand stood in a row... Looking at the cam and showing what they are really capable  of... laughing... showing their weapons... acting cool & havin fun...I mean this might not be a movie maybe it was a music video or something...I don't really know...

I don't remember all those details, but a scene like that wouldn't have been out of place in HOUSE OF 1,000 CORPSES.
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

Just to try to pin things down, did you see this clip during the 80's, or did it appear to be from the 80's?

Some quick redneck freako movies that jump to mind:

Junior (he does carry a chainsaw around)
Just Before Dawn (no chainsaws that I can remember)

We need some of our slasher flick experts in here!

The hand in jar and psycho family with various weapons hamming it up sounds like Hard Rock Zombies to me. They weren't rednecks though, they were inbred Nazis...

"Don't make me stain my last clean shirt with the back of your head." - Shatter Dead
"A grizzly bear with a chainsaw. Now THERE's a killing machine!" - The Simpsons
"I've always wanted to make love to an angry welder." - Jaws: the Revenge

No it's not the "Hard Rock Zombies" or the "House of 1000 Corpses"...It was from the 80'ties so it's not the Rob Zombie movie...and  there were no headbangers going wild so it's not the "Hard Rock Zombies" either.
