help identify horror movie - hostages underground in bunny suit, costomes...

Only saw last 20 minutes or so... people were captured and forced to wear different costumes held under ground- bunny suit, santa, etc.  There was mutant cannibal wearing a gas mask or something down there with hostages.  At end girl escaped, hitchhiked and got picked up on road...then someone poped up from back seat and killed her.   The end.  Twisted cannibal hillbilly movie - help identify

I looked up house of 100 corpes - it really doesn't look like it.  In the movie, they made their victims dress up in the costumes...din't look like it.  Any other thoughts?
