If you didn't fall into a narcoleptic slumber mid-way through reading the title of this mini-series/movie then you may want to give this a shot.  But should you rent the DVD or wait for the mini-series to pop back up in the syndication cycle?

Believe it or not the mini-series version is actually airing again later this week on the Sci-Fi channel, and there may be reason to watch it instead of the version on DVD.  To find out why read my review.
