Did all those all Italian film-makers know each other?

I noticed that in Yor Hunter from the Future, there were that hub-cap looking armor in the wardrobe, these had to be the same "hub-caps" that were in the Ator movies. I know and seen the work between D'Amato and Fragrasso, and some of the actors that were in Yor were in Fragrasso's and D'Amato's films. Makes me wonder if all they all knew each other and how much they used each others props and scenes.

Does anyone know if all they all hung out, and pooled each others money?
There's just that unmistakable look of an Italian made b-movie from the late 80's early 90's.

I'll bet they were familiar with one another. They probaley sat around drinking vino and eating spahgetti discussing the finer points of entrail ripping and eye gouging. Im' sure Lamberto Bava and Dario Argento knew one another-as Argento produced Bava's DEMONS.( A GREAT film,BTW!)

It would make a great documentary, the whole Italian B-movie culture thing.

That would be a great scene in a documentary, they'd probably be explaining guts graphically with the noodles!

I saw Yor at the local cinema when it came out.The next day I was supposed to see with my best friend,but told him I had already seen it.
