Maybe they wanted to make things quicker at the DMV by adding a drive-thru.

I almost did that last year. I had finished the test and all I had to do was park the truck but the parking lot was narrow and i was driving a full size pickup that i wasnt really used to and almost backed right into the building. The DMV guy started cracking up and said i cant believe you made it all the way to end and you almost blew it. They gave me my license.   :teddyr:

Can't say that happened to me when I took my test, but then there was the case when my cousin took his test...

We live in quite an interesting age. You can tell someone's sexual orientation and level of education from just their interests.
