I hate the FF movies. They are absolute garbage and have no entertainment value whatsoever. If i sound a little angry its because my husband loves them, or should i say loves jessica Alba, so i have been subjected to these POS to many times and its left me with some issues   :teddyr:

I beg and i plead with him that if he must get an Alba fix he should watch Sin City.   She's much hotter in that anyway.

Your husband's a lucky man.  He's married to a woman who says-if your going to watch an actress-watch her in a movie were she's wearing a thong and @$$less chaps!
At least, that's what Gary Busey told me...

I understood this to be a reboot, not a remake.

That's just Hollywood's new buzz word for remake...

No...it's called a 're-imagining'....yeah, big difference.

They'll take a good film and imagine what it would be like if it was rubbish. And then make that film.

Heh, yeah  :bouncegiggle:

The Incredible Hulk was remade 4 years later, and it was a success.

Y'know, I liked The Incredible Hulk more than TDK, is that wrong ?

Probably. TDK is a better film, but no one can knock you if you enjoyed TIH more. That's just your taste.

Oh, I agree.
TDK is a better film, but TIH is a lot of fun !

Well, the Fantastic Four was a very mixed bag (The Thing and Human Torch were good, Mr. Fantastic, Dr. Doom and Invisible Woman were bad) on the whole.  Mostly bad, I guess.

Overall, though, it's one of the better things to reboot.  It's pretty solid source material that deserves better treatment.

"Reboot" implies that there are going to be sequels.  Think of it as more of a warning.

Reboot, remake, re-imagining...how about "regurgitate"?
