You've heard about that town in Montana that hired a private military force to oversee its jail, right?  Seems like that town got scammed.  The CEO of that PMF is a notorious con man.

Even though I still have relatives in Montana, this is the first I heard of it. Though, it looks like it took place in western Montana, while most of my relatives live in eastern Montana. And hopefully, they're more careful, than the citizens of the town scammed.
