this is what gives good cops a bad name and makes it that much harder for them to do their jobs.

i agree, these guys should go away for a long time.  how did they ever get to be cops??

After reading the article, words just fail me; except, to say: "I'm surprised that the caller is still alive." It sounds like he's surprised, too. Though, he may wish he hadn't survived. I can't think of anything worst that to live a life in constant pain.
