an outpoast zeta on some planet where a "rock monster" kills everyone

nobody has been able to help me. a mission is sent to this planet/outpost because they have lost communication. when they get there, everyone is dead. they review the lab tapes and find out that a woman collecting rock samples or something cuts her finger and blood falls on a rock. it turns into a huge monster and kills them by eating their soft organs first. u can hear them comming by their breathing. they sound like they're out of breath.    its a cheesy movie made in the 60s or 70s and i cant find it anywhere.
