I may be the only one here who was a fan of his music, but I was shocked to hear that he died on Christmas Day of an overdose of muscle relaxants.  R.I.P. Mr. Chesnutt.

That hits close to home.  Seems like he took his own life.  I hope he's happier wherever he is now.
