I loved this movie. I don't even know why, it's not that great.  It appears to have been made for some quick and cheap thrills for a drive in audience (no nudity, slight gore)  and there are I'm sure alot of plot holes if you are the type to look for them.  It just won me over with that ultra basic 70's low budget horror feel. As they say in the fine arts academies, sometimes it's all about what's NOT there.

It's kind of similar to cheap o Italian horror movies with it's big house, ghosts, and deceptive peoples but = (minus the buxom babes and morricone music, more like one cute girl with a nice personality and library music.  I don't even remember what the music was.  The lead is very cute in an understated sort of way.  Her and the lead guy kind of talk too much in the begining but whatever.  I will probably buy this.  If you like stuff lke "Axe" definately check it out though it's a little lower on the pay scale than that.

oh pretty big problem:  It appears a boom mike was not used so the audio is awful.  includes unwanted mst3k style joke commentary track by Joe Bob Briggs , a bunch of trailers, and info about how it came out right before Texas Chainsaw Massacre and was similar but not as succesful (obviously).
