Is it possible for you to get bored with horrors and slashers? Because I am getting really bored after watching a dozen. They're all the same. For B-movies I prefer dramas.

Hmmmmm...

You might enjoy Blood Mania (1970) and Delirium (1972) ~ they are like a horror/soap opera...

Actually, The Rats Are Coming! The Werewolves Are Here! (1972) is also like a soap opera gone wild.

These movies are such a joy to watch because the insanity of a soap opera feel.

Also, most of Paul Naschy movies from the 1970's and early 1980's and many giallo movies from the 1960's to 1970's... also has that fun soap opera feel :)

The Gravekeeper

I, too, love slasher movies. And yes, they do tend to be very predictable; for me the pleasure comes from what how the filmmakers chose to make their movie a little different. When I get bored with them, I broaden my horizons. Sometimes I check out the other subgenres in horror, and sometimes I check out movies from other genres completely. Having some familiarity with other kinds of movies/genres is incredibly useful when you're talking to people who don't share your passion for horror.

1940-50s mystery horrors are the most predictable movies out there.

Easy to get bored with those.

It's best to stay with ultra obscure films.
