US citizen threatened with deportation

As I suspected, the article that started this thread is utter crap.  There is no way this US Citizen is being deported under SB 1070...it has not even gone into effect yet.  It has been signed into law, but does not go into effect until 28 July, 90 days after being signed into law.

No one can be arrested, or sentence imposed, until a law becomes "active."  If a US Citizen has been deported, it is under a different law, and tying the situation to SB 1070 is an outright lie.
