hi
OK here i go,
My daughter is an avid reader just lately she has taken too writing story,s.
She has finished writing a story just over 40,000 words and i quite like it.
My question is this.
The story was written via microsoft word and she has written the entire story in capitals(don,t ask me why) .how do i format the entire story so that i can get just capitals when and where needed. i have sorted out the page layout and spaces and i have sorted out paragraphs but it is still all capital letters. any advice is good advice
thanks

Try running MS Word's "autoformat" on it?

Here's the easy solution. Simply highlight all the text, and Shift + F3. Tapping once will reduce everything to lower case, and tapping again will put it where the first word of every sentence is upper case and I think all "I's." Also, it's not going to capitalize proper nouns, so, as with everything, always proofread.

Cheers.
