Sexplotation/spanking...saw as a kid, but can't remember title.

Kind of remember a little about it. It was some circa 1970's b-movie. Maybe a sexplotation film? Had two people (parents maybe?) spanking their daughter a few times. The dad was a fat slob. That's all I can remember. I was about maybe 10 when when a saw it at a friends house. This is probably why I am so messed up now :\
