Been following this story the last couple of days, as the details of Col. Russell Williams' crimes have been presented in court. Apparently, there has been a lengthy slide show of photos the former C.O. of Canada's largest air base took of himself whacking off in women's underwear in various houses he broke into over a couple of years prior to his arrest for murder a few months back. Since Williams was so compulsive about documenting everything, they got a list of charges against him that took over half an hour for the clerk to read into the record. After stealing hundreds of pieces of lingerie in dozens of these panty raids, he completely snapped just over a year ago and went from thief to rapist to serial killer. The shrinks are even having a hard time categorizing this guy. The case is so utterly bizarre, it's fascinating.

okay, so this guy, is he a transvestite?

Also, this case almost reminds me of a fight down in theFrench Quarter a few months back where this transvestite  attacked a guy who was harassing him with his (trans.) golden heel.
yeah no.

He's a serial killer with a serious underwear fetish.

Well, technically he's not a serial killer, having only killed two people, but that's only because he got caught. He would have kept right on going. Seems like he escalated pretty quickly from stealing underwear to murder, and he was overconfident (and batsh!t crazy).

:bouncegiggle: I was thinking about Ed Wood, as a matter of fact. "Would you believe this air force colonel is wearing pink satin undies under his rough exterior clothing? He is."

I do expect at least one TV movie and possibly a theatrical release to come out of this, and books are going to be on shelves about as quickly as somebody can write and publish them. It's just such a unique case. Jeez, what a double life.

This page was pulled down within days of his arrest, but somebody had the foresight to save a screen cap.
